Fee Deduction and Invoicing
Automatic Deduction: All fees related to your account are automatically deducted from your balance. This ensures a seamless management of your financial activities without the need for manual intervention.
Invoicing Policy: Currently, Intergiro does not provide invoices for these automatic deductions but is actively evaluating ways to enhance service offerings based on customer feedback.
No VAT Applied: It's important to note that Value Added Tax (VAT) is not applicable on financial services provided by Intergiro. Your fees are thus calculated and deducted exclusive of VAT.
Billing Period and Fee Calculation
Billing Start Date: Your billing period commences once your account is activated. Fees are charged in arrears based on the agreed company package.
Pro-rata Charges: If your account is activated mid-month, fees for that month will be calculated proportionally to reflect only the days the account was active.
Payment Options and Changes
Monthly Billing: By default, fees are deducted on a monthly basis from your main EUR SEPA account. At this time, Intergiro does not offer the option to switch to an annual billing cycle.
Fee Transparency: For a detailed breakdown of fees, account holders can access their account statements via Intergiro's secure online platform. These statements provide a detailed view of all transactions, including fees.
