If you have "Manage Account" permissions, you can hide a wallet without a balance on your account by logging into your Customer Portal, navigating to the Account section, and searching for the specific account.

Please note that main EUR accounts (SEPA and SWIFT) and accounts with a positive balance cannot be hidden, as they are operational. If any hidden account becomes active (with a positive balance), it will automatically reappear in the accounts list.

To display back an account, navigate to the “Active Account” section and switch to "All accounts". Then, click on the ellipsis (...) next to the hidden account and select "Unhide account".
