To apply for a Merchant Account with Intergiro, please follow the steps below to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Initial Contact
Complete the Intergiro contact form to express your interest in opening a Merchant Account.
A member of our Sales team will contact you to discuss your requirements.
Submit Merchant Application
You will be provided with an application form covering the following:
Business details: Legal name, company registration, VAT numbers, and ownership structure.
Contact information: Details for your main contact and authorised signatories.
Business model: Description of your products/services, expected transaction volumes, and fraud prevention measures.
Website information: List your operational domains and customer service details.
Provide Required Documentation
Prepare and submit supporting documents for the onboarding and verification process, such as:
Proof of company registration and ownership structure
Government-issued ID and proof of residence for key persons and Ultimate Beneficial Owners
Recent processing history (last 6 months, if applicable)
Evidence of website ownership
Business plan (if your company is a startup)
PCI and compliance documentation (if storing or processing cardholder data)
Licensing certificates and AML/KYC policies (for regulated businesses)
Reseller agreements, if relevant
Review and Sign Agreements
You will need to review and accept Intergiro’s Business Terms & Conditions and Merchant Terms & Conditions before submission.
Agreements will be sent for digital signature.
All principal representatives must confirm the accuracy of the information and consent to applicable terms and pricing.
Application Review and Approval
After submission, Intergiro will review your application and documentation.
You may be contacted for further information if required.
Upon successful onboarding and risk approval, your Merchant Account will be activated.
