We can’t cancel an outgoing transfer after it has been initiated. If you wish, we can request a recall, which the beneficiary can either accept or deny.

This is not a guarantee that it will be recalled back to your account balance, as that decision lies on the beneficiary. Additionally, the transaction fee will not be returned. Kindly note that this process may take up to 15 business days, and it may be faster to contact the beneficiary directly and ask them for a refund.
