How do I order a new card?

When signing up for an account with us, you can order both physical and virtual cards by logging in to the Customer Portal on our webpage.

From there, you can specify the address you wish the physical card to be delivered. It is possible to choose a residence address, a corporate address, or a customized one. The delivery time is around three weeks at the moment.

Please be advised that only an account user with Admin or Director permissions can order cards, but the individual user must activate the card themselves.
