How do I activate my card?

You can activate the physical card via the Customer Portal or Mobile application by going to the tab “Cards”. Here, you can also choose the codes for PIN & CVV, as well as the expiry date. Please note that changing the already existing PIN is not yet available in the app. Virtual cards will be issued as active. You can also activate cards in the Intergiro App.

Bear in mind that you can’t activate a card issued for someone else. Thus, an admin user can order cards for someone else but not activate the cards for them.
