About Intergiro Cards

All Intergiro cards are issued as Debit type.
Whether you have a physical or virtual card, they are both seamlessly linked to an account balance of your choice.

Ordering Intergiro Cards

Intergiro cards provide a flexible and secure way to manage business expenses. As the company Admin, you can order both virtual and physical cards for yourself and your team members.

Steps to Order Cards

  1. Verify KYC Status:

    • Admin Action: Ensure that all potential cardholders, including yourself, are fully KYC (Know Your Customer) verified. This is a mandatory step to comply with regulatory requirements and ensure the security of your financial transactions.

    • Employee Verification: If you are ordering cards for employees, confirm that their KYC verification is complete before proceeding.

  2. Place an Order:

    • Access the Customer Portal: Log into your Intergiro account via the customer portal.

    • Navigate to the Card Section: Go to the card tab on the left, where you can initiate the process of ordering new cards. Then click 'Order Cards'.

    • Specify Card Details: Choose whether you need virtual or physical cards, and provide necessary details for each cardholder.

Virtual cards can be ordered anywhere in the world.
Physical cards can only be delivered to addresses within the European Economic Area.

If You Are Not an Admin

  • Contact Your Admin: If you are an employee and require a card, you must contact your company’s Admin. They are responsible for ordering cards and managing KYC verifications.

How many cards can we order?

Currently, each user on your account can order up to 10 cards.
You can ask to increase the number of cards ordered per cardholder.

However, as a financial institution, we have legal requirements to understand your business flow including your card usage. Thus, we may request information about your card ordering and usage if either seems out of the ordinary.

Additional Information

  • Card Delivery: For physical cards, ensure that the delivery address is correct and updated in the system to avoid any delivery issues.

  • Manage Cards: Once the cards are received, they can be managed directly through the Intergiro mobile app or customer portal, providing easy access to setting spending limits, tracking expenses, and much more.

  • Usage: Intergiro card can be used anywhere, except Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, South Sudan, Cuba, Crimea, Russia, and Pakistan. There are also some restrictions for the use in the United States and China.




Intergiro cards are an excellent resource for streamlining company expenses and providing employees with a secure method of payment. Make sure all prerequisites like KYC are completed to utilize this feature effectively.
