How do I add and manage the users on my Intergiro account?

Learn to invite, suspend, and manage user roles and permissions through the Intergiro Customer Portal.

Inviting New Users

To invite new users to your Intergiro business account:

  1. Log in to your Customer Portal.

  2. Navigate to the Users tab and select User listing.

  3. Click on Invite user.

  4. Enter the user's first and last name, email, and designate their role.

  5. After submitting the form, the invitee will receive an email with instructions and necessary steps to activate their account. If the invitee does not receive the invitation email, please contact our support team via the chat feature on our website or email [email protected] for assistance.

Managing User Access

  • To suspend or unsuspend a user: Go to the Users section in the Customer Portal, where you can block or unblock the user as required.

  • To change a user's role: This action is restricted to users with Admin permissions. Navigate to the Users tab, select the user you wish to edit, and press Edit. Here, you can adjust roles and permissions.

  • To block a user: If a user should no longer have access but does not need to be fully removed from the system, you can block them. Simply go to the Users list, click the three dots menu beside the user's name, and select Block User.


    Please note that we currently do not have a way of removing or inviting users in bulk.

    Important Considerations

  • Once a user is invited, there is no feature to "un-invite" them. If an invitation needs to be withdrawn, please contact us to halt the onboarding process. Please ensure the decision to invite a user is carefully considered, avoiding complications.
