Before contacting support:
Documentation
A recent official company registry extract (not older than 3 months) showing the new name or address is required.
If the new information is available in an online official registry, please let us know so we can verify it directly.
Verification and Processing
Only Directors, Legal Representatives, or users with an Admin role can request changes.
For name changes, be sure to notify any partners, suppliers, or customers affected by the update.
If you have additional Intergiro services (e.g., SWIFT, CurrencyCloud), we may require you to confirm or update details in those services as well.
If you are a merchant, your request will be handled by our Underwriting Team.

Select "I have a question"
Go to "Account details & Settings"
Choose "Update company name/address"
