Rapid Dispute Resolution (Visa pre-disputes)

Visa provides Rapid Dispute Resolution to merchants that have enrolled their BIN and MID combination with Visa through Verifi. By enrolling a MID and associating it with RDR rules, you as a merchant can effectively reduce your dispute rates.

Intergiro does not facilitate onboarding of merchants with Verifi.

Any incoming disputes that you have resolved through RDR will be deducted from your daily settlement and will become part of your merchant settlement reports as seen in the example here:

Information on your pre-dispute fee is visible in the merchant back-office.

Note that the Merchant needs to monitor and handle RDR cases via Verifi system.

For informational purposes, accepted (resolved) cases will be visible in the Intergiro back-office dispute app.

You can distinguish resolved RDR cases in our system by using the combination of the following parameters:

Status = received

Stage = Rapid Dispute Resolution
