When handling disputes, it's often necessary to trace back to the original authorization data. Here’s how to quickly find the relevant authorization details starting from the Disputes tab in your Intergiro merchant backoffice.
Step 1: Start in the Disputes Tab
Begin by navigating to the Disputes tab.
Here, locate the
Transaction Reference Number (this is the Intergiro auth ID) or
Acquirer Reference Number (ARN) associated with the dispute.
You will need this information to find the related authorization.
Step 2: Search in the Authorization Tab
Once you have the reference number:
Go to the Authorization tab.
Enter the Transaction Reference Number (Intergiro auth ID) or ARN in the search field.
Review the retrieved authorization details to understand the transaction history.
