The Mastercom Collaboration flow was incorporated by Mastercard to replace the Retrieval Request.

The functionality was acquired by Mastercard when they acquired Ethoca, a service provider that connected issuers to merchants to help them resolve disputes before they become chargebacks. Issuers are thus able to file collaboration requests for Mastercard payments directly with merchants which helps merchants reduce their chargeback rates.

Collaborations that you have chosen to accept and refund will be deducted from your daily settlement and will become part of your merchant settlement reports as seen in the example here:
