This feature is designed to enhance your payment experience by allowing you to make payments to previously trusted recipients without the need for Strong Customer Authentication (SCA), streamlining your daily payment flows.

What are the benefits?

  1. Once a beneficiary is trusted, you can make payments to them without going through SCA every time, saving you time and effort.

  2. With fewer authentication steps, your payment processes become faster and more efficient.

  3. Trusted beneficiaries are still protected by initial authentication, ensuring your payments are secure while reducing friction for future transactions.

How does it work?

  1. Trusting a beneficiary
When creating a payment, you'll be given the option during the confirmation step to add the recipient to your trusted list.

  2. Authentication
After confirming and authenticating the initial payment, all subsequent payments to that beneficiary will proceed seamlessly without requiring SCA.

  3. Identifying trusted beneficiaries
Trusted beneficiaries are marked with a trusted

badge in your beneficiary list for easy identification.

  4. Managing trusted beneficiaries
You can manage your trusted beneficiaries at any time by going to your beneficiary list and disabling this functionality for any recipient.

Important note

Only users with permission to create transfers can manage beneficiaries. To avoid errors, ensure there are no duplicate entries in your beneficiary list. You can delete any duplicates directly from the beneficiary section.
