How do I add, edit, or delete a beneficiary?

Managing Beneficiaries in Your Intergiro Account

You can easily add, edit, or remove a beneficiary when making payments. Follow the instructions below for each action:

How to Add a New Beneficiary

  • Start a new payment from your Intergiro dashboard.

  • On the beneficiary selection screen, click New beneficiary.

  • Enter the required beneficiary details:

    • Full name or company name

    • Bank account number (or IBAN)

    • Bank country

  • Additional details if required for the transfer (such as address or bank code)

  • Review the entered information and confirm to save the beneficiary.

How to Edit a Beneficiary

  • Go to your list of saved beneficiaries.

  • Select the beneficiary you want to update.

  • Click Edit.

  • Update the necessary fields, then save your changes.

Note: You cannot edit certain fields if there are pending or scheduled payments to that beneficiary.

How to Delete a Beneficiary

  • Open your saved beneficiaries list.

  • Select the beneficiary to remove.

  • Click the Delete or Remove button.

  • Confirm the deletion.

Deleted beneficiaries cannot be retrieved. If you need to pay them again, you must add them as a new beneficiary.

You can manage beneficiaries at any time from the Payments or Beneficiaries section in your account.

For specific transfer types (e.g., international), you may be asked to provide additional information such as bank codes, address, or purpose of payment.

There is an option to add a beneficiary while making a payment. Just click on the 'New beneficiary' button and follow the steps.
