How to Confirm if a Beneficiary Has Received Your Payment

Intergiro cannot provide direct confirmation that your payment has reached the beneficiary’s account. However, you can track your payment and access all necessary documents using the tools below.

Steps to Check and Document Your Payment

  • Download Proof of Payment

    • Log in to your Intergiro Customer Portal.

    • Navigate to the relevant transaction in your account history.

    • Download the payment confirmation or statement as proof.

  • Monitor Transfer Timelines

    • SEPA payments: Typically take up to 2 business days to be credited to the beneficiary’s account.

    • SWIFT payments: Usually require up to 5 business days, depending on intermediaries and the recipient’s bank.

If the beneficiary has not received the funds after the standard processing time, we recommend contacting the recipient’s bank to confirm receipt.

Your downloadable payment proof can be shared with the beneficiary to assist with their bank’s verification process.


Direct confirmation of payment receipt by the beneficiary is not available from Intergiro.
