To obtain proof of payment for your outgoing transfers, follow these steps:
Download Transfer Confirmation:
Log in to your Intergiro Customer Portal.
Navigate to the transfer you are interested in.
On the right side of the transfer details, select Download to obtain your transfer confirmation.
Request an MT103 Document (for SWIFT Transfers):
The MT103 document is available only for SWIFT transfers.
To request an MT103, please contact our Customer Support team directly.
MT103 documents serve as internationally recognized proof of payment for SWIFT transactions.
