How can I view my incomplete transactions?

Check which transactions are still pending or incomplete by using filters in your Customer Portal's Activity section.

How to Check the Status of Your Transactions

You can easily see which of your transactions are not yet completed in your Intergiro Customer Portal.

Follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Customer Portal.

  2. Navigate to the Activity section.

  3. Review the Status column for each transaction:

    1. Common statuses include:

      • Completed

      • Pending

      • Failed

      • Cancelled

  4. Use the available filters to show only transactions based on their status. For example, you can select "Pending" or "Failed" to view incomplete transactions.


Tips:

  • Filtering makes it simple to quickly find all pending or failed (not completed) transactions.

  • If you need details about a specific transaction, click on it in the list to view more information.

  • If you have questions about a transaction’s status, please contact our support team through the portal.
