How to Check the Status of Your Transactions
You can easily see which of your transactions are not yet completed in your Intergiro Customer Portal.
Follow these steps:
Log in to your Customer Portal.
Navigate to the Activity section.
Review the Status column for each transaction:
Common statuses include:
Completed
Pending
Failed
Cancelled
Use the available filters to show only transactions based on their status. For example, you can select "Pending" or "Failed" to view incomplete transactions.
Tips:
Filtering makes it simple to quickly find all pending or failed (not completed) transactions.
If you need details about a specific transaction, click on it in the list to view more information.

Status | Meaning |
Completed | The transaction was successful |
Pending | The transaction is still processing |
Failed | The transaction did not go through |
Cancelled | The transaction was cancelled |
