If you are expecting funds that have not arrived in your Intergiro account, please review the following steps to determine how to proceed.
Intergiro cannot trace or monitor incoming payments without documentation from the remitter’s bank (pacs.008 and pacs.002 messages for SEPA and MT103 for SWIFT).
What to Do if Your Funds Are Missing
Contact the Payment Sender
Ask the remitter (sender) to confirm the payment details and check that all information was entered correctly.
Only the remitter’s bank can initiate a trace for an incoming payment.
Request Proof of Payment Trace
For SEPA payments, ask the sender for the payment trace documentation (pacs.008 and pacs.002 messages).
For SWIFT payments, request the MT103 form from the sender.
Submit Documentation to Intergiro
If the remitter can provide the official proof of trace, you may send this documentation to our support team.
Intergiro can only assist with the location of funds if this official documentation is supplied.
If no trace or official proof is available, we are unable to offer further assistance regarding incoming payments.
If you suspect a technical or account issue on your side, check your transaction history and account details to ensure your account is active and able to receive funds.
