How do I change my phone number or password?

You can change your mobile number or password associated with your account by logging in to Intergiro Customer Portal.
Click on the icon of your account name on the top right side of the screen

Next, select the Profile option.


Then the Security tab and type in your new phone number and then click Change mobile phone button to save the change.

To change your password, add the new password then write it again under Confirm new password, and then click the Change password button to save the change.



That's it, you're done!

IMPORTANT:
If you are unable to log in to your account to perform the change, please contact our support via email at [email protected].

If you don't have the access to your phone number, or you would like to change the email address, please provide the following:

1. Clarify what your existing phone number and email address associated with Intergiro account are.

2. Clarify what you'd like your email address or phone number to be changed to.

We will first verify your identity, and then we will send instructions on how to change your mobile number.
