It is not possible for us to confirm whether your payment has reached the beneficiary. However, you can always download proof of payment for any of your transactions using our Customer Portal.

Please note that SEPA payments may take up to 2 working days and SWIFT payments may take up to 5 working days to reach the beneficiary.
