Please note that SEPA payment may take up to 2 business days to arrive to your account, whereas SWIFT transfers from 2 to 5 business days.

We are unable to trace incoming payments from our end. In such situations, we strongly recommend contacting the remitter of the payment directly to check with them what has happened to the transfer and if they used the correct payment details.
