Please contact the remitter of the payment regarding this situation as unfortunately, we are unable to trace any incoming payment, and we won’t be able to offer much assistance.

The only way we can advise anything further on any incoming payment is if the remitter provides proof of trace (SEPA pacs 008 + 002 messages or mt103 form for SWIFT), as it will advise the customer directly on the location of the funds.
