How can l delete my account?

To close your Intergiro account, please follow these steps:

  1. First, make sure you are signed in to the Customer Portal or the Intergiro mobile app.

  2. Open the support chat and request to close your account:
    a) Start with "I have a question" option
    b) Select "Account details & Settings" Option
    c) Click on "Close my account"
    d) Provide the information requested to start the process of closing your account

  3. Wait for our support team to confirm the account termination and provide instructions to transfer any remaining funds in your accounts (if you have any).

Here's how to find the support chat in the mobile app:

  1. Sign in to the mobile app.

  2. Go to the "More" tab.

  3. Select the "Chat" option to access the support chat.


Alternatively, if you've lost access to your account or are unable to sign in, simply reach out to us via email at [email protected] and we'll assist you in processing your request to close the account.

Deleting your data

If you terminate your agreement regarding payment services with us, we are required by mandatory law to retain your personal data for a minimum period of five years.

Mobile application data:

We store data about you to deliver your preferences and security features, such as biometric login. You can delete this at any time in the app:

  1. Sign in to the mobile app.

  2. Go to the "More" tab.

  3. Select the "Security and Data" option.

  4. Navigate to "Personal Data Management" and click on the "Delete Personal Data" button.
