It’s okay that Account and Card amounts are different. The account amount shows the real amount you have.

The card amount which you can see on the Customer Portal is actually not the amount of the connected account. Its available balance - the amount which you can spend using the card.

The available balance is calculated based on card limits. For example, the account balance = 1,000 EUR, but the card has card limits which allow spending only 500 EUR per day. So, the available balance will be equal to 500 EUR, not 1,000 EUR.
