Your Intergiro card can be used in different ways depending on whether you have the mobile app installed. Here's a comprehensive guide:

Using Your Card Without the App

You can perform these transactions without the mobile app:

  • Make in-person payments with your physical card

  • Make contactless payments

  • Withdraw cash from ATMs

  • Make online payments under €30


Using Your Card With the App

The mobile app enables additional features and security:

  • Authorize online payments over €30 through 3D Secure (3DS) authentication

  • Access enhanced security features with biometric authentication

  • Enable dynamic transaction linking for secure payments

  • View and manage your card details

Setting Up the Mobile App

To enable all card features, follow these steps:

  1. Download it from your device's app store

  2. Install the app on your smartphone or tablet

  3. Accept the app user agreement

  4. Log in with your Intergiro credentials

Important: For online purchases over €30, you must have the mobile app installed as it's the only way to approve 3DS payment requests.
