Placing an order for physical cards manufactured by Tag Systems involves a simple step-by-step process. Here’s how it works:
Card Design Preparation
Intergiro shares the guidelines provided by Tag Systems with your company (BaaS/white-label client).
Your team creates the card design following these guidelines. We highly recommend working with a professional graphic designer.
Once ready, submit the design in this form, and specify the initial card quantity you wish to order (minimum order: 1,000 cards).
Introduction to Tag Systems
Intergiro will introduce your team to Tag Systems via email and share your card design artwork with them.
Tag Systems will review the design and provide feedback, including any adjustments required to meet their manufacturing standards.
Communication with Tag Systems
All communication with Tag Systems must be coordinated through Intergiro. This ensures streamlined collaboration and avoids delays.
Approval and Invoicing
Once the card design is finalized and approved by both your company and Tag Systems:
Intergiro will send you an order form along with an invoice for the order.
Payment and Production
After payment is received, the order will go into production.
Production timeline: It typically takes 6–8 weeks from the date of payment for the cards to be ready.
Important Note:
Please review the attached Tag Systems Guidelines document carefully before creating your card design to ensure compliance with their requirements.
Explore additional design options such as vertical layouts, colored edges, or eco-friendly materials mentioned in the guidelines to create a unique product.
Important: Additional design options may incur added costs.
For more details or assistance, please contact Intergiro's support team.
Important: A physical card order will only be placed with our manufacturer once the Visa co-brand program is approved. You can check how to apply for the Visa Co-Brand program here.
