Overview
This article explains the process and requirements for creating card designs compatible with Tag Systems’ manufacturing standards. It covers file specifications, design guidelines, material options, and the complete approval process for both physical and virtual cards.
Step-by-Step Card Design and Order Process
1. Card Design Preparation
Obtain the latest Tag Systems guidelines from your Intergiro implementation manager.
Work with a professional graphic designer to prepare your card artwork.
Submit your design and indicate the desired card quantity (minimum order: 1,000 physical cards).
2. Introduction and Collaboration
Intergiro will introduce your team to Tag Systems and share your design files.
All communications with Tag Systems regarding design must be coordinated through Intergiro.
Tag Systems will review your designs, provide feedback, and request changes if needed.
3. Finalization and Approval
Both Tag Systems and Visa must approve your card design before production can begin.
After final approval, Intergiro will send you an order form and invoice.
4. Payment and Manufacturing
Production starts once payment is received.
Production time is typically 6–8 weeks from payment to delivery.
