What Do the Different Outgoing Transfer Statuses Mean?

When you send a transfer from your Intergiro account, you may see different statuses. Here’s what each status means:

Successful

  • The transfer has been completed and the funds have been sent to the recipient.

Pending

  • Your transfer request has been received, but is still being processed. No further action is needed from you at this stage.

Pending Approval

  • The transfer requires approval before it can be processed. This may be due to internal checks or compliance requirements.

Failed

  • The transfer could not be completed. This may occur due to insufficient funds, incorrect recipient details, or other issues.
