What Should I Do If I Don’t Recognize a Transaction?

Follow these steps to secure your account and report any unrecognized or suspicious transactions.

If you notice a transaction that you do not recognize in your Intergiro account, please follow these steps:

1. Confirm the transaction’s origin:

  • Check with all authorized users on your account to ensure the transaction was not made by someone with legitimate access.

2. Secure your account immediately:

  • If the transaction is still unrecognized, and you believe your account may have been compromised, take the following actions without delay:

    • Change your account password and review your security credentials.

    • Block your card via the Intergiro customer portal to prevent further unauthorized activity.

Important:

Report any unauthorized or suspicious transactions as soon as you become aware of them.

3. Report to Customer Support:

  • Contact the Intergiro Customer Support team for immediate assistance.

  • Use the chat feature in the Customer Portal or email [email protected].

  • Be prepared to provide the following details:

    • Last 4 digits of your card (if applicable)

    • Transaction date

    • Merchant or recipient name

    • Transaction amount

    • Screenshot or evidence, if possible

4. What happens next?

Upon your report, Intergiro’s support team will:

  • Investigate the flagged transaction.

  • Take appropriate measures to secure your account and resolve the issue.

  • Inform you of the outcome as soon as possible.

According to our Terms and Conditions, you must notify Intergiro within three months of the transaction date to be eligible for a refund or remedial action.
