Not receiving your SMS code?
If you are not receiving an SMS code required for logging in or making a bank transaction, follow these steps to resolve the issue:
Troubleshooting Steps
Restart Your Device
Turn your mobile phone off and on again.
Remove and reinsert your SIM card, if possible.
Check Your Network
Make sure your phone has mobile signal and can receive SMS messages.
If you are traveling abroad (roaming), SMS delivery cannot be guaranteed.
Verify Your Phone Number
Confirm that your registered phone number is correct, including the country code (+).
Alternative Login Verification
When logging in, you can use the “Receive a Call” option instead of SMS (only available for active users).
If You Recently Changed Your Phone Number
- Contact Customer Support to update your phone number.
- Follow all verification steps required for your account and device.
Additional Solutions
If issues persist, provide the following to Customer Support:
Details about your device and location (are you abroad?)
Screenshots or screen recordings of any error messages
What action you were trying to complete (log in, send funds, etc.)
Important Notes
For Russian phone numbers, biometric authentication is the only method for confirming card payments.
Deliverability of SMS codes while roaming is close to zero; use biometric authentication or the “Receive a Call” option whenever possible.
We do not currently support Google Authenticator or similar apps, but this feature is planned.
