What To Do When the Card is Lost in ATM?

Step-by-step guide on what to do when an ATM keeps your card, from immediate actions to getting a replacement.

If your card has been retained by an ATM, here's what you need to do:

  • Contact the ATM owner or bank branch immediately - they are responsible for the ATM and may be able to help retrieve your card.

  • Verify your card's status in your Customer Portal under the Cards section.

For your security, your card will be automatically blocked when retained by an ATM.

We recommend ordering a replacement card if your current one has been retained.

To order a replacement card:

  1. Log in to your Customer Portal

  2. Navigate to the Cards section

  3. Select "Order Replacement Card"
