If your card has been retained by an ATM, here's what you need to do:
Contact the ATM owner or bank branch immediately - they are responsible for the ATM and may be able to help retrieve your card.
Verify your card's status in your Customer Portal under the Cards section.
For your security, your card will be automatically blocked when retained by an ATM.
We recommend ordering a replacement card if your current one has been retained.
To order a replacement card:
Log in to your Customer Portal
Navigate to the Cards section
Select "Order Replacement Card"
