Go to dashboard.intergiro.com or open the Intergiro mobile app.
On the login screen, click or tap the “Forgot password?” link.
Enter the email address associated with your Intergiro account.
You will receive a password reset email with a reset link.
Follow the instructions in the email to create and confirm your new password.
Tip: Make sure your new password meets the security requirements (minimum length, use of numbers and special characters).
You may now return to the login page or mobile app and use your email and new password to sign in.

Didn’t receive the reset email?
Check your spam or junk folder.
Verify that you entered the correct email address.
If the issue persists, contact Intergiro Support at [email protected].
Make sure you provide the email and phone number currently associated with your account for identification.
Still having trouble?
Make sure you have completed the initial account activation.
If you never received the activation (“Welcome to Intergiro”) email, ask Support to resend the invitation or provide you with a new activation link.
