I can't see my account balance, what can I do?

Your account balance should be visible once you enter the particular account. If you do not see it anywhere, please make a screenshot from your Customer Portal and contact our Customer Support via chat in your Customer Portal.

Additionally, please perform basic troubleshooting such as clearing your cache and cookies, changing your browser, computer, etc.
