How can I find a missing transaction in my account?

If you are unable to locate a specific transaction in your account, please follow these steps:

1. Check for active filters

  • Make sure there are no filters applied in your transaction or activity list that may be hiding the transaction.

  • Remove or reset any filters to view all transactions.

2. Clear your browser cache and cookies

  • Cached data can sometimes cause display issues.

  • Clear your browser’s cache and cookies, then refresh the page and search again.

3. Contact Customer Support

  • If you've removed filters and cleared your cache but still cannot find the transaction, please contact our Customer Support Team.

  • You can reach us via chat in the Customer Portal for further assistance.
